EvidentHost is confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the services you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes things are just not what they seemed, or you just changed your mind. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the services we have provided, you can obtain a pro-rated refund:

• You will receive the total signup cost that we billed you for,
• Less the account setup fee (we need to receive something for the time we spent), and
• Less any expenses we have incurred on your behalf (such as domain name registration fees), and
• Less the cost of services (hosting, software rental and options) used to date of cancellation, rounded up to the next whole month.

Refunds are based on your compliance with our "Acceptable Use Policy". This is not to trick you, but simply to let you know that anyone having, for example, a porn site IS NOT in compliance with that policy, and therefore will not be given a refund. Similarly, an account for the purpose of spamming would yield the same results.

Refunds are made by whatever method you chose to pay us.
