Q. Can I send out a newsletter if I host with you?
A. Yes, you may send a newsletter IF:
The people you are mailing to did request to receive your newsletter, and
Your mailing list should not have more than about 400-500 addresses, and
Newsletter frequency must be a maximum of once a week.
If we receive a justified complaint about your newsletter being spam, we will terminate your account without a refund.
A spam complaint doesn't mean automatic terminattion ~ sometimes people forget that they gave permission. We will investigate the complaint and reach our own determination as to whether the complaint is justified or not. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for more details.
