When using the Service provided by EvidentHost, You agree not to make a website with any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws as well as copyright violation. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently cancelled your account. No second chance.

A. Registration Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. If we discover you are lower 18, we promptly and permanently cancel your account, and you will not receive a refund.
• You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information, including your full and real name, e-mail address, and home/work address. All changes to this information must be updated into our system by accessing to your account.If any information provided by you is inaccurate, or incomplete, EvidentHost has the right to suspend or close your account.

B. Use of Service:

• You are responsible to keep your password or login information confidential. We are not responsible of missuse of your website and loss of your data if you reveal your password to any unauthorized user.
• However we try any efforts to ensure reliability, we are not responsible for loss of data. It is recommended that backups are created on a regularly basis.

C. Fees:

Setup Fee:

• This fee is charged only once ~ when your account is first setup on our computers. Set up fee is $2.50


Start Date:

• The "start date" is the date you placed order in our system.


Contract Renewals:

• Unless you notify us of your intention to cancel, our billing system will automatically renew your hosting and/or maintenance contract, and issue an invoice approximately on your due date. Payment for the new invoice is subject to the payment terms noted below.
• If we handle your domain name registration, we will not renew the registration unless the renewal invoice has been paid.


Payment Terms:

• We normally require payment in full for all accounts.
• We may handle your account "on trust" for payment for repeat clients.


Suspension:

• If we have not received payment in full 15 days after the due date shown on the invoice, your website will be replaced with a "suspended" page.
• Suspension simply means that no web site pages are served to accounts, no FTP connections are accepted, and all e-mail is blocked but no data will be lost.


Re-instatement Fee:

• If your account is suspended for non-payment, you will be charged 20% penalty to have your account re-instated.
• This fee, and all out-of-pocket costs we have incurred on your behalf, must be paid in full, and payment terms arranged for the balance, before your account will be re-instated.


Termination:

• If we have not received payment in full on or before 30 days after the due date shown on the invoice, your website, database, email and other files will be deleted. Nothing will be retrievable.
• If you decide to setup another account in the future, you will be charged 20$, and you must pay any outstanding balance from your previous account.
• If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may close your account by contacting us. If your domain is registered by us you may transfer it to somewhere else when you paid all your due and overdue invoices.

EvidentHost reserves the right to revise prices, and change fees at any time. All current clients are subject to pay the new fee in their next billing schedule.
We reserve the rights to change our Terms of Services and Acceptance Use Policy statements at any time and all clients are subject to comply the revised statements. Any failure and violation in our 'Terms of Services' and 'Acceptance Use Policy' will result in a warning for the first time and in a permanent ban and account cancellation for second time.
